Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Destinations: We will make every effort to deliver to your nominated address. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.


Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch notification.


Customs & Duties: As products are shipped internationally, orders may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In most cases, orders to Australia under the low-value threshold are processed without additional charges.
