Refund policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.


Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully and refer to product descriptions and images before completing your order.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: 📧 support@theflairist.com.au with:

·         Your order number

·         A description of the issue

·         Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess your claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Sizing & Fit

As our products are sourced internationally, sizing may vary. Please choose carefully and refer to product descriptions for size references.


Return Process

Approved returns must be:

·         Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

·         With all tags attached

·         Returned within 30 days of return approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
